Nowadays large companies want to reap the benefits of agile, such as fast reactiveness to change, close customer collaboration and an internally agile organization. Agile methods were originally designed for small projects and organizations making large-scale adoption challenging.
This talk discusses how to successfully transform a large organization into an agile one. It discusses both challenges and success factors identified in organizations who have already made the transition. It gives several real-life examples from transformations in companies the speaker has collaborated with such as Nokia, Ericsson and F-Secure.
