Agile Coach Camp Worldwide is going to Costa Rica

The Agile Coach Camp Worldwide Initiative (ACC-WW) is beginning its 2024 worldwide tour in Costa Rica!

As an experiment to increase participation from countries with developing economies, the next two years ACC-WW will be separate from Agile2024 and will be held outside of the United States.

Join us in Costa Rica

While the dates are still being finalized (sometime between mid-August and October), the location is set – in or near the city of San Jose, Costa Rica.

Come join us for three great days (a long weekend) of learning on the topics that you propose. We’ll be using Open Space, so you drive discussions around what interests you. Each day we’ll create a marketplace of topics; bring the questions you have or ideas you want to share with others.

Experiencing learning in this way is very engaging, and past attendees have walked away energized and excited about new possibilities.

Who is this for?

While Agile Coach Camp Worldwide is mostly focused on peer-to-peer learning and connection between Agile coaches, we have had other related roles and disciplines at camps in the past. Scrum masters, business analysts, sociologists, academics, and managers have attended past camps. And we hope you will too!

Interested?

If interested, please help us out by answering the following questions:

  1. Would you be willing to travel to Costa Rica to attend the camp?
  2. How would you feel about three camp days with a possible option for a day of ecotourism?
  3. How do you feel about the estimated cost and what is included?

Send your answers to [email protected] by 10 April 2024 with the title of ACC-WW Costa Rica. Let Paul know where you are located and if he can follow up with you with any further questions.

Details will unfold about ACC-WW at https://agilecoachcamp.net/

We hope to see you in Costa Rica!
