Since the adoption of Agile approaches in the federal IT marketplace in 2008, he has served on a wide range of federal IT programs for HHS, OPM, HRSA, CMS, VA, DHS, USDA and the IRS. Toby has served at QinetiQ North America, REI Systems, CGI, ICF and most recently at Deloitte. He currently serves as a Senior Director of Agile Solutions at Ventera. Toby is a passionate Agilist who loves to volunteer and help grow the Agile Community. He has presented at global and regional Agile conferences including Global SAFe Summit 2018, Agile Alliance 2018 and 2019, and Agile & Beyond 2019. He founded and leads 'Loudoun Agile Network' a local meetup in Ashburn, VA, and also leads 'Agile Coaches Support Group' an online collaborative platform for Agile Coaches.
