Abstract/Description

Roadmap is an ironic term, isn’t it? Product leadership is not a case of following a pre-defined route but rather making many decisions as you come across them. This can be physically and mentally draining.

As well as the backlogs, stakeholders, stories, and focus groups that need managing, great product leaders learn to manage themselves as well.

Take a tour around self-awareness and self-management theories, and apply some hands-on exercises to help chart your course towards more balanced, effective leadership.

This workshop is perfect for product people ready to take conscious control of their leadership journey, fostering healthier personal management, team dynamics, and enriched performance.
