Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be received in writing by email no later than June 11, 2021. A $50 processing fee will be incurred. Cancellations made after the deadline of June 11, 2021, as well as “no-shows” are liable for the full registration fee.

Agile Alliance reserves the right to cancel the event or substitute speakers. In the unlikely event that Agile Alliance should have to cancel the XP 2021 conference, attendees will be refunded for the amount paid for the conference.

Registration fees are charged based on the membership account status at the time of purchase. No refunds will be given should the status of the account change after purchase.

Substitutions

Substitutions are welcome up until July 11th, 2021. Must qualify for the same registration type (Member/Non-Member).
