Value-Driven Product Ownership (ICP-APO)

Value-Driven Product Ownership is applied learning at its best. Delivered in 4 x 4-hour workshops, participants go beyond theory as they apply techniques like Personas, Product Vision, Story Mapping, MVP (or MLP) identification, Prioritization Models, Progressive Elaboration, User Stories, Story Slicing, Acceptance Criteria and more to a realistic simulation.

Participants who successfully complete this course will earn the ICP-APO certification through ICAgile in the Product Ownership track and leave with the mindset, skills, and confidence as champions of value and leaders of value-driven, agile software delivery.
