Breaking bad agile transformations in 5 minutes

About this video

We recognize that organizations should become more adaptive, right? The buzz is all about business agility now. That’s great.

However, when people think about how to adapt, they typically use the language of transformation. Wrongly!

Sure, transformation is the right term … because it’s about changing who we are. But the way we are transforming is wrong!

All too often our transformations are plan-driven, one-size fits all, focussing on a new set of tools and processes while not addressing the need for ‘felt security’.

Join me for a journey through my nightmares when I was a consultant ‘doing’ this to people, to the bright new world of exploratory change led by engaged change agents.
