El porque de la pregunta guía

Como comunidad, en estos 20 años, hemos aprendido mucho y mejorado en liderazgo ágil a nivel equipos y coordinación entre equipos, integración negocio y tecnología, y muchas cosas más, ¿pero lo logrado es suficiente? ¿realmente somos capaces de hacer cambios a gran escala que sean sostenibles y beneficiosos para todas las personas involucradas?
