Abstract/Description

Using concepts from Gretchen Rubin’s book The Four Tendencies, learn how knowing each agile team member’s individual tendency helps to enable change. How can you best encourage a teammate who is an Upholder to commit to a change in course? What information does a Questioner need before embracing a new idea? Why are Rebels great team members to have at a retrospective? Who can best help an Obliger prioritize the team commitments made during sprint planning over other external requests?
