Abstract/Description

With the rapid pace of change in artificial intelligence, how should Agilists inspect and adapt? What will be the relationship between humans and AI in this next chapter in the world of work?

In this Fishbowl session, experts will initiate the discussion by exploring the exciting possibilities presented by AI and agile methodologies in the workplace. They will delve into how technological advancements are creating new opportunities and changing the way we work. A central topic of discussion inside the fishbowl will be the ethical concerns associated with AI, such as bias and privacy. The participants within the fishbowl will engage in a candid conversation about the ethical responsibilities individuals have in the workplace, as well as the impact of ethical considerations on decision-making and professional conduct.

Listeners will have the opportunity to share their thoughts, ask questions, or offer their insights on the personal career implications of AI and agile methodologies.
