Abstract/Description

From creating efficient nuclear energy to gene-splicing and stem cells, AI is revolutionizing the way scientists, artists, and engineers explore their craft. But for us Agilists, AI as a tool might feel like AI that is too far away, maybe inaccessible. But we’re here to tell you that is not true!

Dive into the world of AI and discover its endless possibilities! As modern Agilists, we know that staying ahead of the game and continuously learning is key. And that’s why understanding AI and incorporating it into our coaching toolbox is essential.

Let us tell you why AI is an invaluable tool in a modern coach’s toolbox. By incorporating AI-generated images, content, and prompts, we can:

  • Enhance our Empathy and Understanding: By co-creating AI-generated images that reflect our team’s perspectives and emotions, we can deepen our empathy and understanding of one another.
  • Foster Personal Growth: As Learning Guides, we can use AI-generated content to guide us on a path of self-discovery, encouraging us to reflect on our experiences and beliefs and support our personal growth.
  • Nurture Creativity and Innovation: As Facilitators, we can use AI-generated prompts to inspire new ideas and perspectives, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within our teams.

By using AI in a responsible and ethical way, we can soar to new heights and create a brighter future for ourselves and future generations. So, let’s embrace AI with open arms and see what amazing things we can achieve together!

But where do we start? There are a plethora of AI tools and activities available for us to experiment with. Don’t know where to start? No problem! In this adventure, we’ll compare a selection of freely available AI tools and activities to inspire you to experiment with your teams. Get ready to open up new avenues of exploration and take your coaching to the next level!

Learning Outcomes:

  • Explain what modern AI is and isn’t and why it is an invaluable tool in a modern coach’s toolbox.
  • Integrate generative AI tools into your coaching toolbox to open up new avenues of exploration for yourself, coaches, and teams.
  • Compare a selection different of freely available AI tools and activities to inspire you to experiment with your teams.
