We offer the complete ICAgile Enterprise Coaching Track for those looking to become an ICAgile Certified Expert in Enterprise Coaching (ICE-EC). You’ll learn During this course you will learn about: The importance of agility in business and the systems and complexity theories underpinning agile processes. Different approaches to organisational design and structure, business processes and how to measure improvements. The skills required to support an organisation’s journey towards business agility, including boundary-spanning facilitation techniques. To get the most out of this course, you will need at least 2 years working experience in Agile approaches and have completed our Agile Team Facilitation and Agile Coaching courses or possess equivalent experience and skills. |
