Welcome to the last meetup in 2023! Every end depicts new beginnings, so we decided to prepare an agile list of wishes from the perspective of a Product Owner, recall good and bad times, and mark some new goals for the next year.

In an attempt to satisfy some procedures, Product Owners sometimes forget that the most important thing is to provide value to the customer or user, but not to reach some quantitative targets, follow strict forms in writing user stories, or worry about team organisation.

In this meetup, we will discuss some of the biggest anti-patterns our amazing speaker, Petar Ljubić, has faced (and is still facing) during his 10 years of working in the software industry. According to his valuable insights, we created a wish list that can be transformed into a powerful set of goals.
