How do I edit my company's profile page?

1. Use the “Profile” link in the top menu found on every page.

2. Click the “Edit (Your Company)” button on the Profile page.

How do I access my main account information?

Go to Profile > Subscriptions

1. Use the “Profile” link in the top menu found on every page.

2. Click the “Subscriptions” link on your Profile page.

How do I access sub accounts?

Subaccount information can be found by going to Profile > Subscriptions > Sub Accounts.

 

How do I add new sub accounts?

Go to Profile > Subscriptions > Sub Accounts

You will then find 3 ways to add sub accounts.

  1. Manually
  2. Via a link you can give to others
  3. By uploading a CVS file* (see more information below)

 

* IMPORTING SUB ACCOUNTS VIA CVS

The Corporate Account holder can use this section to import a previously created comma delimited CSV file with a maximum of 200 sub account entries.

The only fields needed for the CSV are:

*Username (“username”)

* Email (“email”)  

* First name (“first_name”)  

* Last name (“last_name”)

How do I remove sub accounts?

Go to Profile > Subscriptions > Sub Accounts

You will see a list of your sub accounts on this page. In the far right column, you have the options to remove an account.

How do I find a list of sub accounts for my group?

Go to Profile > Subscriptions > Sub Accounts

On the Sub Accounts page, you will be able to see a list of sub accounts for your group. You also have the option of searching for sub accounts if you manage a large group.

 

How do I export sub accounts?

Go to Profile > Subscriptions > Sub Accounts

On this page you will find a link just below your list of accounts that will allow you to download your sub accounts.

How do I find how many sub accounts I have left?

Go to Profile > Subscriptions > Sub Accounts

Near the top of this page, you will see how many sub accounts you have used and how many you have available.

In this example, 2 of 5 accounts are being used.
