Abstract/Description

We all know the importance of product designers and developers working more closely together. One approach to achieving this is ‘dual-track delivery’.

But we shouldn’t think of the tracks in dual-track delivery as separate, because they’re not.

They happen in tandem.

They happen on one overall track with one purposeful team. A team with UX and development skills working together to test assumptions, learn what a customer really needs and deliver an outcome that is truly valued. Dual Track is actually All Track.

This talk shows how BNZ Digital used tools and techniques to implement All-track development’ and brought multiple disciplines together as one team – how they use a mash up of mindsets and tools to balance the ‘Speed of Learning’ with the delivery of ‘Value to the Customer’.
