Business Agility Fundamentals

January 9 January 11

SoftEd – Software Education
What is the course like?

Is your organisation looking for better ways of working, do you need to respond to change both external and internal or do you need to engage employees and customers more effectively?

As the world changes at an unprecedented pace, imagine if organisations could navigate through change and use it as an opportunity to get better, rather than simply getting through.

The Business Agility Fundamentals course explores what it takes to thrive in a complex, uncertain environment. The business environment today is volatile, and everyone in the organisation needs to be able to adapt to the changing world while ensuring that the organisation’s goals and outcomes are met. Participants will explore the drivers of volatility, how market demand and competitive pressures are evolving, how organisations, teams and individuals can adapt and exploit change for competitive advantage and the tools and techniques required to deliver customer and business value.

You’ll gain
This course will contribute 14 PMI® Professional Development Units (PDUs) towards your chosen certification (6 technical hours, 2 leadership hours and 6 strategic hours).
