XP 2022 — 23rd International Conference on Agile Software Development
An Agile Alliance Event

All dates are defined as AoE (Anywhere on Earth).
We invite proposals for engaging and experimental sessions oriented toward practitioners. More than presentations, we favor workshops, demonstrations, and interaction based on your experience and practice from working in the industry.
Example topics can be practices for collaboration, coaching, leading, meeting, communicating, and learning.
Sessions can be 30, 60, or 90 minutes, and we have room for half-day in-depth workshops or tutorials. Please excite and surprise us!

Based on the review comments and with the objective of creating a great conference program, final selections will be made by the program chairs.
Submissions will only be accepted via EasyChair.
Proposals are evaluated on:
People submitting a proposal will be expected to review and provide feedback on 2-3 other proposals, which will be assigned as part of the review process.
As the conference is organized as an in-person event (taking into account possible Covid-19 restrictions), please plan your session to be suitable for face-to-face interaction and prepare to participate in the conference in person in Copenhagen.
The XP conference is a non-profit community event among agile practitioners and researchers organized by volunteers and supported by the Agile Alliance. Usually, a large majority of the XP participants are also speakers and contributors to the conference. Therefore, all participants will pay the conference participation fee to cover the costs of the event. As an appreciation of your effort, the accepted speakers from this track will receive a small reduction from the participation fee.
