ABOUT THE SERIES
The Agile principles say that business people and developers must work together daily, but of all of the principles this one seems to be hard or impossible for most teams to do.
Yet we understand that in order to develop a solution that customers find valuable, development teams must work with the business to help balance and understand customer value.
This includes the understanding by both how the Agile mindset and methods are not just something that development teams do, but is the key to shortening time to market, increasing market share, neutralizing the competition, increasing employee performance and satisfaction, and ultimately reducing operating expenses and increasing revenue.
