Leading agile transformations and reaching a higher level of business agility is complex. Creating cultural change on an individual-level, team-level and organizational-level requires new agile coaching skills. Simple, cookie-cutter transformation approaches fall short capturing the various views and therefore creates a mediocre and sub-optimal agile organization.
