The intent of the Code of Ethical Conduct for Agile Coaching is to provide guidance for people undertaking Agile coaching activities and to guide the types of behaviors, advice, and approaches expected of them. As someone who practices Agile coaching ethically, you can pledge to follow the Code in your work and practice.
