Agile Alliance Experience Reports help us understand how Agile really works, the challenges that arise, and how Agile approaches evolve.
This year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Agile2020 was cancelled. Yet most of our reporters still finished writing their reports.
There’s nothing like hearing them tell their stories, which they would have been able to do in person at the conference. Agile Alliance is proud to present three amazing Agile coaches who will share their very personal experiences with Agile transformations:
After all three have discussed their experiences, there will be a roundtable discussion about their respective challenges and opportunities, along with a live Q&A session.
Background
The Agile Alliance Experience Report Initiative promotes the writing and timely sharing of firsthand Agile experiences. Initiative Chair Rebecca Wirfs-Brock recruits a broad and diverse group of authors from the Agile community and assists them in writing short (6-8 pages) insightful reports. They are published on the Agile Alliance website and presented at Agile Alliance conferences.
Our goal is to produce more Experience Report webcasts going forward because sharing Agile experiences is vital to Agile community learning and growth. Future dates/times are TBD.
