Steve Denning writes about radical management, leadership, innovation and narrative. His most recent books are The Age of Agile (2018), The Leader’s Guide to Radical Management (2010), The Leader’s Guide to Storytelling (2nd ed, 2011) and The Secret Language of Leadership (2007). He consults with organizations around the world on leadership, innovation, management and business narrative. At the World Bank, he held many management positions, including director of knowledge management (1996-2000). Steve is an Amazon Affiliate and a fellow of the Lean Software Society.

Ray Arell is focused on helping our corporate members take better advantage of the Agile mindset and methods. His 30+ year career has been dedicated to building great teams, communities, and products. Through his leadership, he has directly built and transformed a number of successful worldwide organizations and over the past 5 years has been coaching other leaders to do the same with their own teams. He is recognized as an industry leader in large scale adoptions of Agile, lean, and complex systems, and he has delivered over 20 keynotes and talks sharing his knowledge across the globe. Ray is also a founder and owner of nuAgility, LLC.
