Abstract/Description

In physics, there’s a difference between “Speed” and “Velocity”. While the first is a scalar quantity (the quantity itself plus the unit of measurement), the second is a vectorial quantity (quantity, unit of measurement plus direction).

A metric called Velocity is used to measure the deliveries’ effort. In this short talk, I relate the physics concepts and the metric, reinforcing the need for goals to orientate the effort.
