Abstract/Description

Agile Principles can be used for all different kinds of projects, and my team and I used them for building a coding boot camp for girls in Pakistan. This talk is our story of using Agile to create a program from scratch and then constantly improving it since then. We bootstrapped the whole program and did what we could to ensure we get the most out of every dollar we spent and also constantly collect data for continuous improvement.
