Abstract/Description

In 2012, Gogo started an agile adoption and transformation. Starting with a few teams this grew to over 12 teams in less than a year, with many successes and an equivalent number of bumps along the way. Entering 2013, Gogo is fully working to bring up over 20 teams across the organization, and is working on adopting the Scaled Agile Framework to drive improvements at the team, program, and portfolio levels. This presentation will highlight some of what has worked, and some of what hasn’t…from an individual, team, and enterprise perspective.
