Abstract/Description

QA Organizations have several challenges such as Prevent Bugs, Automate Tests, Increase Test Coverage, Remediate Technical Debt, Reduce Waste, and Produce Clean Code. Quality must not be afterthought; QA professionals should not be put on the critical path and QA organizations should not be the last stop prior to production. Some people misinterpret Agile as “Minimum Viable Product with Minimum Quality” that hurts collective ownership of the quality. As enterprises progress through their digital transformation journeys, QA organizations are being integrated with development and operations organizations. Working tested software is the true measure of our success, and there are some effective testing practices that enable cross-functional agile and DevOps teams to take end-to-end ownership of quality. eXtreme Programming (XP) changed the world of Software Engineers. eXtreme Testing (XT) is changing the world of Quality Engineers.

These techniques foster team engagement and help your teams grow product knowledge, mentor testers, cross-train team members, and collective ownership of the quality. Jagdish Karira will share some of his extreme testing experiences, with a focus on Bug-A-Thon, Bug-Bash, and Mob Testing. You will be equipped with the know-how to improve quality, reduce technical debt, and eliminate organizational silos. Let’s get our High-Performance teams testing together! Teams that test together, stay together!
