Abstract/Description

Are you seeing teams that continually struggle with finding a sense of flow? Is it difficult to see how work moves through the system? Is it hard for a team to deliver anything within a sprint because there are too many dependencies or hidden work states? Is a team wanting to transition into using Kanban? In this talk I will be sharing a team’s curious journey into the world of Scrumban. We will define what Scrumban is & which context it is best suited for and some practical steps to successfully start experimenting with Scrumban.
