Problem Addressed: Organizations adopt Agile processes but fail to change their culture, leading to the appearance of Agile without its principles.

In this session, you’ll learn how to build a generative culture (i.e., one of high trust and performance) that enables true Agile adaptability and innovation. Discover why psychological safety is essential across all levels and gain practical tools to measure and strengthen it within your teams. Through trust-building activities and progress evaluation techniques, you’ll foster a culture of transparency, trust, and high performance that drives lasting impact.

Agile Principles Highlighted: motivated individuals, transparency, sustainable collaboration, continuous improvement, adaptability.
