Abstract/Description

Good products are not only pretty they’re also useable. With the huge amount of competition in the market today, user experience is more important than ever. So how do we create products our customers respond to and enjoy? Measurable Design can provide you with insights into customer behavior so that you can create products that users want. During this talk, we’ll discuss how Lean principles can be applied to UX to iterate our way to engaging sites customers will love. We’ll dive deep into practices and tools you can start using to ensure customers are getting the most out of your products.

Working alongside teams around the world, Melissa helps empower Product Managers to be awesome by coaching companies and teams on how to create strategies and frameworks that satisfy users and drive business goals. She coaches Product Managers to answer two important questions – “Should we build this?” and “Why?”. In early 2017 she started Product Institute, an online school to help bring high quality education and coaching to Product Managers around the world.
