Abstract/Description

In 2001, a group of engineers put forward a manifesto that would forever change our approach to software development. They introduced the world to the concept of the “agile mindset,” which quickly gained traction across the industry. Within a decade, businesses recognised the value of this mindset, and the concept of business agility was born. Today, the agile mindset is crucial not only to software development or to business but to leadership as a whole.

In this keynote, Anne-Marie Charrett explores how the principles laid out in the Agile manifesto apply to leadership in any situation. In an ever-changing world, we benefit from incorporating these principles into how we lead, be it a business, an organisation or even ourselves.
