We propose a lean design methodology for business models, which repeatedly design business-model hypotheses in researching manner; moreover, with which corporate businesses can create new business value utilizing IT. Both analyzing business value that IT creates, and designing business models which repeatedly provide the business value will be possible. We applied the proposed method onto IoT utilizing sensing technology and GPS, and evaluated its effectiveness.
