Full-time faculty members, students or staff of a college or university can get a discounted registration.

To be eligible for the Academic Registration Rate, you must provide proof of full-time faculty status or full-time student status. Please contact us with proof of your status – letters from your supervisor or dean, paid receipts of registration for full time class schedules or other official documentation to receive the Academic Registration Rate.

Included in Registration

Your Conference Registration includes full and open access to ALL sessions, keynotes, and all special events including our famously-fun Conference Party!  Breakfasts, lunches, and event receptions are also included.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express as well as check or wire transfer.

Group Registrations

Group Registrations are available for groups of 5 or more for $1,949/person.

Group Registrations must be purchased in one payment. Additional registrations can be added after the initial payment.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be received in writing or by email by July 09, 2018.

A $150.00 processing fee will be incurred.

No refund of any kind, for any reason (including medical emergencies) will be given for cancellation requests received after July 09, 2018.

Substitutions from the same organization are welcome with no additional fee, as long as the substitute qualifies for the same type of registration (member/non-member/academic). If the substitute attendee does not qualify for your rate, an additional fee may be required. If a substitution is necessary, please contact us.  No substitutions will be allowed after 5 PM EDT on July 23rd, 2018.

No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.

Agile Alliance reserves the right to cancel the event or substitute speakers. In the unlikely event that Agile Alliance should have to cancel the Agile2018, attendees will be refunded for the amount paid for the conference.

Substitutions

Refunds

Registration Ticket fees are charged based on the Agile Alliance Account status at the time of purchase.  No refunds will be given should the status of account change after purchase including individual tickets and groups.
