Individual Membership Questions

What is the difference between Individual Membership types?

There are 4 different types of Individual Membership.  Each membership lasts one year and provides access to all the same resources.

  • Full Membership: Our standard membership type and rate.
  • Hardship: For those who are unemployed at the time of sign-up.
  • Academic: For faculty and staff of colleges & universities.
  • Student: For full-time students working towards a degree.

How long does membership last?

Individual and Corporate memberships last for 1 year. Subscribing is free and lasts indefinitely.

Where do I find my expiration date?

To find your expiration date, log into your Agile Alliance account and click the Profile Icon in the top right corner. You should see the option to ‘Edit Profile’. Once you are at your profile, your account expiration date is at the very top of the page.

How do I renew my membership?

To renew your membership, log into your Agile Alliance account and click the Profile Icon in the top right corner. You should see the option to ‘Renew Membership’ or to “Upgrade Membership’ depending on your current account status.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, navigate to the Subscriptions section on your profile page/membership portal page. From there, click the “Cancel” link.

Once you cancel, your membership will not renew. However, you will still have access to member benefits until your original expiration date.

How do I change my email address or password?

If you would like to change any details of your account, log into Agile Alliance and click the Profile Icon in the top right corner. Once at your profile, you can change your personal information as well as add a picture or bio. You will notice you are unable to change your username. However, if you change your email address, you will be able to log in using that email address and all contact with Agile Alliance will be sent to it as well.

Corporate Membership Questions

How do I know if my company has a corporate membership?

You can search for your company in our corporate membership directory

My company has a corporate membership how do I sign up?

Sub accounts under your corporate membership are controlled within your company. You will want to search for your company in the corporate membership directory  to find out who the corporate contact is and contact that person directly to request access.

How do I sign up my company and add my colleagues?

First, you will need to sign up your company for the level of membership that you require and assign one person as the corporate contact. This person will be the admin on the account and will be responsible for adding new members. Please see more information in our corporate membership directory

What is expected of the corporate contact?

This person will have the admin rights on the account which will allow them to edit the corporate profile, upload company logo, and add new members to the account.

Can there be more than one corporate contact?

No, you are required to assign this role to only one person.

Do corporate members receive the Agile Alliance membership discount for all employees?

No, in order to receive the membership discount each employee will require a membership profile. Either a sub account under the company’s corporate membership or their own Individual membership. We only allow one discount per member for each of our conferences.
