How Agile Analysis Drives Business Transformation: Fireside Chat with Agile Alliance and IIBA
Added to BusinessThrough a member-led initiative that started in 2011, Agile Alliance and the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) partnered on the production of the Agile Extension to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) Guide in order to help improve understanding of Agile approaches to business analysis. (The Agile Extension v2.0 is available to Agile Alliance members for free download on the Member Portal).
Leading up to Agile2021, I’ll be sitting down with Tim Coventry, CEO of Business Analysts Pty Ltd (BAPL), and Jas Phul, Director IP/Product Development, IIBA to discuss the relationship between business analysis and Agile in a fireside chat moderated by Keith Ellis, Chief Engagement & Growth Officer, IIBA.
We’ll be talking about how enabling a clear understanding of business problems and having a good toolbox of business analysis tools maximize both the delivery of business value and organizational learning.
There will be two separate live conversations happening on July 8 to make it easier for international audiences to join in. Follow the links below to sign up for the session that works for you.
