What Engineering Departments Would Look Like with Great Managers

April 9 All day

Agile Online Session with Gitte Klitgaard

Wednesday, April 9 • 11:00 AM-Noon ET

Over the last few years, disengagement in the global workforce has grown, and the number of stressed and lonely people has grown. While the job market plays a role, managers have an even greater impact on these trends. We want organizations that foster great managers, empowering them to create safe yet challenging working environments where engineering teams can thrive, build high-quality products that deliver value, and where running a company doesn’t require magic.

Come hear what that could look like.

Meet Gitte Klitgaard

Gitte Klitgaard is an independent consultant, leadership coach, trainer, facilitator, coach, advisor, and mentor. For more than a decade, she has helped organizations and individuals find opportunities for improvements by working with teams and individuals as well as leadership. Gitte is authentic. She will cut to the chase and yet communicate kindly. She uses tools from many fields, and her ability to align individual well-being and growth together with company objectives is remarkable.

Gitte is the owner of Native Wired and has led change at companies like IBM, LEGO, and Spotify. In her spare time, Gitte collects LEGO and Yodas and keeps in touch with friends from all over the globe, including some she considers her second family.
