Agile Roundtable: In Person!

Agile Roundtables in Utah were originally organized by Alistair Cockburn before the Agile Manifesto was written in 2001 in Snowbird, Utah. A similar meetup format (lean coffee or open agenda) is also how Utah Agile began in 2015. In March of 2020, we had to stop the in-person roundtables and open agendas. We’ve had a few virtually since then. The value of these open agenda discussions has been emphasized over and over again by past participants.

So, we’re bringing them back every month, both in-person and virtual!

In Agile Roundtables, participants co-create the agenda with the topics they want to discuss. A facilitator guides the team from topic to topic. Then each participant has an opportunity to share what they’re taking away from the session. Simple, but powerful!

So, please come join us! Bring your questions, your challenges, and ideas. We’ll build the agenda based on what you bring in a structured and energetic way. You’ll walk away from this session not only having gained but also given something!
