COMMUNITY GROUPS

Swindon Agile Practitioners

About this Group

Agile is becoming the preferred way of managing products and projects which are of a complex and or emergent nature. As an illustration, the public sectors in the UK and USA have realised the benefits of Agile and are now demanding that IT Projects are run using Agile practices.
This is a free group which gives the opportunity to learn more about Agile and what it can do for you, your teams, businesses, and products please come along and join us.

Whether you're just curious to find out more or you have many years of experience, this group is for you. The group welcomes anyone who is interested in running projects where reduced risk, early delivery, early return on investment, high quality and great customer satisfaction are frequently a feature.

This is a regular opportunity for you and your colleagues to come to a friendly environment and collaborate with peers in the Agile community. We offer featured sessions with industry recognised experts, as well as welcoming contributions from less experienced professionals.

If you would like to speak or present at a future MeetUp, please contact the organisers giving an outline of what you propose to present and we can take it from there.

Similar groups to this exist in London and Bath/Bristol. Excellent as they are, they can be a challenge to get to for those living and working in and around Swine-Town-On-The-Hill, Swindon.
