Colleen McGann

Colleen started working as a Leasing Specialist at the General Services Administration in 2008 where she willingly took on the additional role of subject matter expert on various leasing IT solutions. In 2014, Colleen was promoted to the role of business line Project Manager for GSA's core leasing application GSA Real Estate Exchange (G-REX). The significant challenges experienced during the development and implementation of that application led her to find and promote the use of Agile methodologies to improve the delivery of IT solutions to better meet user needs. She now oversees and coaches a team of Product Owners responsible for the successful implementation of four Leasing applications.
