Gaëtan Belbeoc'h
Gaetan has an extensive track with leading agile teams to susccess. He started in the early 2000s by discovering Kent Beck's Extreme Programming principles which are still his main influence. He lead teams practicing and experimenting with Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Sociocracy in diverse international settings. He spent 5 years in China, 5 in Brazil and the rest in Europe, where he forged a great intercultural understanding. Besides leading friendly and performing teams, he loves spending good outdoor time with his family, windsurfing in heavy conditions, and playing the flute.
