Kevin Normand

Kevin is a development manager at Fugro, the world’s leading, independent provider of geo-intelligence and asset integrity solutions for large constructions, infrastructure and natural resources. Kevin assists global R&D managers with team organization, Agile coaching, and overseeing adoption of lifecycle management tools. He promotes and facilitates Agile practices, continuous learning, and team-centric work environments. He assists with training and onboarding of local and remote teams. Kevin has lead software and engineering teams at Fugro over the past 15 years. He served as product manager and architect, and pioneered Agile adoption. He is a Certified Scrum Professional and Scrum Master. Kevin holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
