Lizzy has over 20 years of in-depth experience in software development, project management, and strategic consulting. She is the co-founder of BeardedEagle, a boutique management consulting firm.

You will learn about the four values and the twelve principles. You will learn how Agile prioritizes human collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement to deliver value to your customers.
Methods, Roles, Frameworks
& Practices, Oh My!

Our second hour focuses on Agile methods, frameworks, roles, and practices that have become synonymous with Agile. You will learn about popular frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, and Lean Development. You’ll also learn what Agile planning and estimation techniques look like and more.

In this session, we’ll explore common hybrid approaches and common mistakes that can create a bitter experience as organizations attempt to transform. We’ll also explore how Agile organizations have individuals and teams forging inventive interactions that help innovation emerge.
