Agile Executive Forum 2016 Event Sessions

Evolving an Innovative and Resilient Organization

Agile methods are now mainstream in IT after nearly two decades of widespread adoption. Industry leaders like Intuit and Pivotal, and government leaders like the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) are stepping up to the next challenge — scaling Agile and extending it into the organizational domain.

Join a select group of executives and top Agile leaders at the 2016 Agile Executive Forum to explore how your organization can anticipate, prepare for, and respond and adapt to incremental change and sudden disruptions. Learn how leading organizations not only survive, but thrive and prosper amidst turbulence.

Agile Adoption is Growing, Scaling and Becoming More Standardized

For the past five years, the top three cited benefits of Agile include: managing changing priorities (87%), team productivity (85%), and project visibility (84%). Consistent process and practices (43%), implementation of a common tool across teams (40%), and Agile consultants or trainers (40%) were cited as the top three tips for successfully scaling agile.
