Have you voted for the Agile Alliance Board of Directors?
Added to The AllianceThe Agile Alliance 2023 Board of Directors election is underway. This is an important task for our membership, and we want you to be informed about the process and our efforts for the current election.
Background
The Agile Alliance Board of Directors (BoD) has a minimum of nine members. The organization elects new board members every year as current members reach the end of their terms. Agile Alliance publicizes the call for nominations as widely as possible, and people from around the world are invited to nominate themselves or other interested candidates.
How the selection went
In April of this year, we opened up the nomination period for the 2023/2025 selection. The nominating committee received an impressive 67 nominees. We interviewed 14 candidates who were from multiple countries and who had a broad range of experiences. We also based our decision on our current challenges:
- Strategic Planning for future opportunities
- Connect to communities we haven’t reached
- Drive new initiatives that can expand the work of Agile Alliance
We believe the final slate of candidates will bring skills that will help us build Agile Alliance for the future.

Meet the slate of the board of directors
We are pleased to introduce the following three finalist candidates who have made up the slate of 2023/2025. As an active Agile Alliance member, you have the opportunity to vote on the slate whose term on the Agile Alliance BOD will commence on January 1, 2023. The deadline for voting is October 25, 2022, 11:59 EDT. If you haven’t already voted, please do so!
Annual Members’ Meeting
The final step in this process is the introduction of the candidates and the 2023 board of directors at our Annual Members’ Meeting, which is set for Wednesday, October 26, 11 am EST. Please check your email for more details and registration information.
