Business agility is the key not only to growth but, for some, survival.
Well-judged business change initiatives will strengthen the organisation for the future; ensuring effective ROI with limited resources is the very essence of agility.
This year we invite presentations and tutorials emphasising how Agile practices promote efficiency in project delivery, guarantee business value and optimise return on investment.
We are looking to balance thought leadership with case studies and practical advice for building a stronger, more Agile business.
Initial submissions on your proposed presentation/tutorial should provide an abstract of around 200 words and be sent to submissions@agileconference.org no later than midday on Monday, 9th March 2009. Successful submissions will be notified by 23rd March 2009.
Full presentation material will be required by 14th September 2009.
