Many executives have initiated, funded and supported agile transformations within their organizations. Today, the majority of new IT projects kick-off “agile” which signals a clear trend that agile projects will dominate the future. With more agile projects “in flight”, executives who make strategic decisions about project initiatives are becoming more and more interested in fully benefiting from agility. This has led to a growing demand in project portfolio management techniques.
This 1-day session will not only answer questions for decision-maker about the character of agile project teams, but also provide insights how to initiate, steer, and sometimes kill agile projects. Attendees will learn how to read signals from agile projects to make better decisions.
